This was the first time I have ever had to deal with final arrangements by myself. The ladies were more than helpful. I had no idea they would help with filing the life insurance claims and obituary. I was at a total loss and they took the weight of the world off of my shoulders.
Am still trying to forgive and get over my experience. My husband was in hospis so i called ff .jamie came out and i paid in full for cremation. When the time came i was told it would be only days and i would get his remains. It became over TWO months. I made many calls asking about the remains.

Finally it was discovered that they were in the back of jamies van..i was just told she was having personal problems. I know mistakes happen, but gee. Not even a call from jamie. I can't even watch the commercials. These are good people and don't think this was intentional but i still have pain, feeling they didn't even feel it was important.
